Nevşehir is one of the astonishing historic cities that every one should see. It dates back to 3000 B.C. It is the capital city of Cappadocia region. It is stated on a wide plateau that made of volcano tuff of Mt Erciyes, Mt Melendiz and Mt Hasan.
Nevşehir is famous with the Fairy chimneys. As you look at the land, you feel yourself in a dream city. For this reason they are called fairy chimneys. They happened as a result of the flood and wind’s eating away the tuff of the volcanoes. The fairy chimneys’ bodies are made of volcanic tuffs which is can be dissolved in flood and wind but the top of them are more resistant to wind and flood. They take their present forms as a result of this situation.

Standing on a bluff above the Mesopotamian flats about 56 miles (90km) south of Diyarbakir is the town of Mardin, arguably the most Arab town -even more Arab than Antakya or Siirt- in Turkey. There are two universities called Anadolu and Osmangazi. Anadolu University is one of the best five universities in Turkey. Every person who visits Eskisehir should see it. There are many sculptures, water jets and colourful flowers, making it worth to see. It is also the only university in Turkey which has a big market called Migros and a cafe. The city has many advantages for youngs.
